Association and corporate law

Corporate law deals with issues concerning the administrative body’s liability in the case of decisions which may directly affect the owner, employees and customers.

At Nova we have extensive experience of helping people set up and wind up companies, issue securities and raise capital, deal with stock exchange matters, company structuring activities and general meetings, as well as establish partner agreements and deal with matters relating to corporate governance and compliance. Similar issues also arise in other forms of association, such as partnerships, limited partnerships and joint ventures, as well as cooperative entities.

Our lawyers assist in setting up and administering foundations and actively manage foundations. We support non-profit, family and other foundations, offering advice both on purely foundation-related matters and any other matters which may arise in connection with a foundation and its operation.

At Nova we have a special department to manage all the administration required for a foundation, from inquiries and applications to the management of grants and payments.
